Get your Salesforce database ready to make the most out of Constant Contact's new lead pages, automated email series, and more. In this small group training session, you'll also get to work directly with Silver Tiger Consulting's technical team, including CTO John Pontius, who is both Pardot and Salesforce certified. We'll help you solve specific database cleanup issues that are preventing you from setting up automatic sync or exporting your Salesforce contacts in a meaningful way to kick off an autoresponder series. You'll also receive a complimentary Piesync trial, which allows for an automated two-way sync of your Salesforce database and Constant Contact account. If you don’t already have a Constant Contact account, you’ll also receive a free Constant Contact trial. Please bring your laptop and make sure you are able to login into Salesforce as the majority of the session will be working through specific issues for each of your Salesforce challenges. In the first portion of the workshop, we’ll be specifically covering: 1. how to integrate Salesforce and Constant Contact - both automatically and using manual imports/exports 2. set up of the Salesforce database to maximize use of Constant Contact's automated email and lead capture features 3. how to clean up fields in Salesforce to ensure you are segmenting and capturing the right data. 4. how to identify and properly merge duplicates in Salesforce The second portion of the workshop will be hands-on, so please make sure you can log into Salesforce! Please note- for all 1:1 sessions, we require 72 hours notice if you need to cancel and/or rebook. We provide the option to have a remote session via zoom for ALL in-person sessions to accommodate all of our clients. Client prep materials are sent out within 24 hours of the booking and our team starts prep work up to a week before your session, depending on when you book, therefore we can not accommodate late cancels and reschedules. For small group training sessions and workshops, we require a minimum of 8 days notice to cancel. We again provide an online attendee option for all our in-person workshops. Wait list is let in 1 week prior, and client session materials are sent out 72 hours prior via email. We close registration two days before the event to ensure adequate prep time for all participants.
