Unlike contingency recruiting arrangements, with Silver Tiger Consulting you are not paying a percentage of first year's salary, nor are we shopping candidates we put in front of you to other clients.
We bill a low-cost initial fee and then a set monthly retainer, and there is no long-term contract. Initial contract covers a required three month commitment, then converts to a monthly retainer thereafter.
We have a team of skilled resources recruiting for you that manage the entire recruiting process so your internal staff is is freed up to work on more strategic and beneficial projects. Our services minimize interruptions and lost productivity associated with recruiting for your hiring manager and your existing internal HR staff, compared to just using internal resources and contingency recruiters alone.
We specialize in entry-level through senior-level technical positions and entry-level management to C-level executive positions in a wide range of industries.
As a key feature of our retained recruiting solution for entry level positions, we are building a constantly fed warehouse of candidates for your positions for you on systems you own. We significantly reduce your costs over time compared to not only contingency-only recruiting options but also in-house recruiting methods and processes.
If you are also looking for a C-Level candidate that requires expanding your search internationally, we partner with a number of specialty recruiting partners who not only extend Silver Tiger Consulting's reach globally, but also work with us so that you have a complete turn-key solution available to you for all your recruiting needs. These specialty recruiting services are typically billed separately on an as-needed basis.
Silver Tiger can also supply optional on-boarding and new hire employee services as part of our Human Resources service packages for an additional fee.

If this is the first time you are working with us, we require a minimum three month commitment which is billed up front, before beginning work.
Ongoing agreements after this initial commitment are billed based on number of open positions, number of hiring managers we are working with, and expected life of the arrangement.
Discounts are provided for multiple openings per position and multiple open positions for a single company.
