They are located in Holliston, Massachusetts and are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join their growing team. This is an in the office position, with some flexibility regarding start and end time.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented office administrator to join the Colantonio Inc. team. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of their office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, a proactive attitude, and aptitude for learning.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and direct clients, visitors, and guests

Prepare space and materials for meetings
-
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

Take messages and schedule appointments.

Receive, organize, and distribute mail and deliveries
-
Coordinate/schedule shipping of outgoing packages(UPS/FedEx/Courier)

Maintain office equipment and maintain inventory of office, kitchen and janitorial supplies

Assist with document management, organization, and record keeping

Perform tasks to support Contract Manager

Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures

Experience operating standard office equipment
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative or clerical role

Experience in the construction industry preferred
