Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement online marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company via social media.  This includes creating and posting content, responding to social media inquiries, and engaging with our various page fans and followers on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, SnapChat, TikTok and Facebook. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Thorough understanding of internet marketing, social media marketing, and general marketing strategies.

  • Knowledge of social media trends

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.

  • Ability to conduct and correctly interpret social media posting statistics

  • Ability to implement marketing plans.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Communication, or related field required.

  • At least two years of internet marketing experience with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments required.

Job Requirements:

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a sales representative who specializes in sales through social media
- Must be able to commute to our headquarters in Boston, MA (the Jewelry Building)
- Previous Jewelry retail or wholesale experience required

- Previous experience managing retail social media accounts a plus
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic
- Must have superb customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25-$28 per hour plus incentives depending on experience

Silver Tiger Consulting is the HR Outsourcing firm assisting Arazi Frye Diamonds with this position. They will be conducting all candidate prescreens, coordinating interviews with the hiring team, performing the reference checks, etc.
