Silver Tiger Consulting provides retained recruiting for a number of clients. One of our clients, Arazi Frye Diamonds is the Hub’s elite diamond wholesaler. They can handle any size buy, sell, or trade at wholesale prices and amounts. The owners of Arazi Frye have been in wholesale buying and selling diamonds for two generations and have deep-rooted experience and knowledge of the industry. They are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator- Social Media Focus for their Boston office. Please Note: This is NOT a remote position- position is in their Boston office in the prestigious jewelry building.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
The Marketing Coordinator will develop and implement online marketing programs and strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company via social media. This includes creating and posting content, responding to social media inquiries, and engaging with our various page fans and followers on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, SnapChat, TikTok and Facebook.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Thorough understanding of internet marketing, social media marketing, and general marketing strategies.

Knowledge of social media trends

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.

Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.

Ability to conduct and correctly interpret social media posting statistics

Ability to implement marketing plans.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Communication, or related field required.

At least two years of internet marketing experience with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments required.

Job Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a sales representative who specializes in sales through social media
- Must be able to commute to our headquarters in Boston, MA (the Jewelry Building)
- Previous Jewelry retail or wholesale experience required
- Previous experience managing retail social media accounts a plus
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic
- Must have superb customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25-$28 per hour plus incentives depending on experience
