Primary job responsibilities of Project Superintendents:

Project Superintendents for Construction Coordinators Inc. are responsible for the scheduling, planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring of construction activities on our projects. Project Superintendents generally concentrate on single projects, working as an on-site coordinator and the onsite project representative and project leader for the company. Work in conjunction with the project manager to maintain the project schedule and budget goals along with maintaining client and design team expectations.

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

• Five or more years in the commercial construction industry.

• Three or more years of direct commercial construction project supervision- preferrably as an assistant super or super on projects ranging in size from $500,000 - $5 Million

• Personal computing skills and familiarity with MS Office software, smart phone technology, and Procore

• Knowledge of building processes, practices, and techniques in commercial, multi-family residential, institutional, and industrial building construction

• Valid Driver’s license

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

• MA Unrestricted CSL

• Procore (at least 1 year)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

​Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year depending on experience and certifications
